Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Physiotherapist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality physiotherapy services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and assisting in personalised physiotherapy and exercise programs to maximise client results, attendance, retention, and new member acquisition.
About You
We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in treating a range of physiotherapy clients under supervision.
* Learn and apply physiotherapy techniques and practices.
* Maintain accurate clinical records and provide regular progress reports.
* Work as part of a team of health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care plan.
* Liaise with senior physios regarding feedback and suggestions.
* Continuously research and develop skills in industry best practices.
* Report any necessary repairs or replacement for all equipment and hardware.
* Ensure the site is kept clean and hygienic.
* Exhibit a professional duty of care in a safe environment.
* Adequately record patient information and maintain confidentiality.
* Undertake and record thorough clinical assessments using appropriate techniques and equipment.
* Take delegated responsibilities from senior physios.
* Communicate effectively with clients to progress rehabilitation and treatment programs.
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records in line with standards of practice and local policy.
