Single Vineyard Sellers is a vertically integrated, producer, wholesaler, importer and exporter and retailer of wines. We cover all channels of the wine trade and all markets within Australia. We are a small, family run business, our office is based in McMahon's Point and is open from 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
Role Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented office all-rounder to manage customer invoicing, payments and day-to-day administration. This is a flexible role, open to either casual or part-time hours. We are happy to be flexible for the right candidate so long as it is within our operating hours.
* Process incoming payments and applying to payments to invoices (EFT & credit card).
* Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
* Follow up on outstanding accounts.
* Liaise with customers regarding billing enquiries.
* Provide general administration support alongside the team. Potentially assist marketing and export desks.
* Answer phones and manage emails.
* Order office supplies and manage office inventory.
* Assist in order processing in NetSuite
* Assist with item creation and management
* Assist with data entry, reporting, maintaining customer records and document preparation.

* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong communication skills and customer service skills
* Ability to multitask, work independently and problem solve
* Good time management and organisational skills.
* Proactive and willing to help with any task across the business.
* Experience with NetSuite and previous office administration is desirable.
* A love of wine is a bonus!
