Role Description
This is a Part-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Sales Associate based in Canberra. The Real Estate Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties. Daily tasks include conducting property opens, negotiating sales, preparing real estate documents, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for marketing properties and building strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Customer Service skills
- Valid Real Estate License (Happy to train)
- Knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate concepts
- Sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in real estate is a plus
- Fund the course fees for successful applicants without licence.
