NDK Constructions is expanding our team and we're seeking a Junior Project Manager / Estimator with industry experience.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked in estimating or project support within building, insurance repairs, or small-to-medium construction projects.
This position will be based from our brand-new office space in the new year.
What the Role Involves
Quoting and estimating for insurance, residential and commercial projects
Assisting with tender submissions and budgeting
Preparing and reviewing scopes of work
Liaising with clients, assessors and subcontractors
Supporting project delivery (scheduling, variations, documentation)
Contributing to internal systems and process improvements as we grow
What We're Looking For
Experience in estimating or project coordination within construction
Insurance estimating experience (highly regarded but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and understanding of building methodology
Confident communicator with trades, suppliers and clients
Ability to manage multiple small projects and deadlines
Driver's licence and White Card
