Job Description:
* Gather and analyze business and technical requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions.
* Document business requirements, process flows, and system impacts.
* Create Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria in JIRA; ensure traceability throughout delivery.
* Collaborate with IT teams to validate requirements, manage dependencies, and support release planning.
* Conduct data analysis for requirement validation, impact assessment, and KPI reporting.
* Support UAT and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.
Technical Expertise:
* Strong understanding of IT systems, integrations, APIs, and data flows.
* Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and SQL for requirement and data validation.
* Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and cloud environments (AWS).
* Awareness of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and microservices architecture.
