Role Overview
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of trade customers, including painters and builders. Your key responsibilities will include building and growing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
You will engage in cold calling and proactive territory development to navigate pricing conversations and provide solutions-focused sales support. This role requires regular travel across southern metro Perth and South WA.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach. You must be resilient and self-motivated, able to handle pushback and stay results-focused.
Experience in account management, cold calling, or trade-related sales is preferred. You should be a proactive problem-solver who can have tough conversations and still build trust.
