Who we are The CabNet team within the Whole of Government Systems (WofGS) are responsible for the design, development, enhancement and technical ownership of the CabNet system. We are a high performing application development team with a strong collaborative culture. What you will do The Assistant Director, Capability and Support Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day support of the CabNet system across Government. This includes but is not limited to: Facilitating new Agency on-boarding requests Managing Production Support to ensure SLOs and other requirements are met during business hours, factoring in team availability and leave Coordination and management of the out of hours support roster Monitoring, analysis and where required coordination of rectification of key technical and personnel performance metrics Coordination of stakeholder communications and acceptance to facilitate internal or externally required outages to the system Tracking and renewing utilised licences and subscriptions Management and coordination of new procurements of licences, subscriptions, labour hire contractors and other required items Day to day management of the team budget including facilitation, payment and recording of incoming invoices Validation, approval and subsequent payment of labour hire contractor timesheets Providing support and redundancy to the Delivery Manager and Business Analysts Development and maintenance of documentation and procedures required for day-to-day operation Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members The key duties of the position include What you will bring The skills and qualities our ideal candidate will bring to the role include: Strong stakeholder engagement and professional relationship management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience managing technical teams in complex digital environments.
