WA Insurance Builders are a specialist building company providing quality services to insurers, loss adjusters and strata companies. We aim to service our clients to the highest standards and we strive for excellence within the industry.

The Supervisor's / Estimator's role within our business is a vital step to ensure all claims are successfully managed from small BAU claims to major loss projects. You remain the point of contact for our clients, their customers and our sub-contractors.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at once in a busy diverse environment
• Strong time and organisational management skills with the ability to work autonomously
• The ability to develop relationships with our clients
• Excellent customer service skills is essential
• Insurance industry and building knowledge experience is essential
• Excellent computer skills including experience in Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook)
• Experience in online systems
• Current Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)

• Compile detailed causation reports and scope of works
• Manage small to major loss claims
• Meet and exceed our clients KPI targets
• Excellent costing and quotation skills
• Budgeting and managing accounts
