Key responsibilities include:
* Lead nurturing - follow up on qualified leads to maintain engagement.
* In-store sales - greet visitors, present products, and convert enquiries into orders.
* Warm calling & emailing - keep prospects informed and ready to purchase.
* Deal closing - confidently guide customers from consideration to commitment.
* Branch support - oversee showroom operations when the Branch Manager is offsite.
* CRM management - maintain accurate notes and records for all customer interactions.
This is a hands-on role combining in-store customer service with proactive lead nurturing, requiring excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and results-driven approach.
