Home Care Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Specialist to join our team. As a Home Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to clients in their own homes, helping them live comfortably and maintain their independence.
Assist clients with daily activities such as personal care, domestic duties, and transport as required. Work collaboratively with clients and their families to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and preferences.
About the Role
* Completed or currently studying a Cert III or higher in Individual Support or a related qualification
* A genuine passion for caring and ability to build rapport with clients
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Respect for all, regardless of background, gender, age, religion, race, or sexual orientation
* Your own vehicle, current drivers' licence, and car insurance, to drive between clients' homes and transport clients as required
