⚕️ What You'll Be Doing:
As a travelling nurse, you will:
* Provide compassionate and person-centred care to elderly residents
* Support daily activities, medication management, wound care, and clinical assessments
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and local staff
* Maintain accurate documentation and follow aged care standards
* Adapt quickly to new environments and facility procedures
Essential Requirements:
* Current AHPRA Registration EN/EEN
* Minimum 12 months' experience in aged care (residential or community)
* Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
* Ability to hit the ground running and work independently
* Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and seasonal influenza
* Willingness to travel and work away from home
✨ Desirable Skills & Extras:
* Experience in rural, remote or Indigenous communities
* Manual handling, BLS/CPR, and infection control training
* Competency with aged care software (e.g., AutumnCare, iCare, LeeCare, etc.)
* A current police check or NDIS clearance
