We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join the FORMER MERCHANDISE team, based in Burleigh Heads.
This role sits at the intersection of Brand, Merchandising and Digital Marketing. You will work directly with the Global Brand Manager, Global Design Lead, Merchandise & Operations teams to execute seasonal creative with precision and intent.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
BRAND CREATIVE SUPPORT
• Support Global Brand-Manager to develop and prepare seasonal visual assets supporting wholesale and digital activations
• Assist with photoshoot coordination including pre-production preparation, shot lists, asset management, and post-shoot organisation
• Design and layout seasonal Range Books and sales tools in line with brand guidelines.
• Produce wholesale and retail asset packs including imagery, product information sheets, POS materials, and digital sell-in support
MERCH & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT
• Support the Global Design-Lead to develop seasonal product collections
• Prepare detailed tech packs including artwork placement, specifications, and production-ready files
• Manage and organise artwork libraries and production files to ensure accuracy and consistency
DIGITAL MARKETING SUPPORT
• Adapt campaign and seasonal assets for eCommerce, email, and social use
• Maintain visual consistency across digital touchpoints
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign essential)
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and garment graphic application
• Experience preparing production-ready artwork and tech packs
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality
• Experience within apparel, surf, skate, or streetwear preferred
