Job Overview
A Centre Technician will play a vital role in delivering customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supporting the daily operation of the Hose Service Centre, learning assembly procedures, and assisting customers with their needs. Effective communication skills and teamwork abilities are essential in providing solutions and building relationships with diverse clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sustaining the daily operation of the Hose Service Centre
* Learner hose assembly, Machine/Weld, and pipe-bending procedures
* Supporting customers with their requirements at the counter and via phone calls
* Picking up and delivering goods as required
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of customer satisfaction
* Good telephone manner
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to execute instructions
* Familiarity with the industry or similar field
* Trade certificate is advantageous but not mandatory
* Capability to operate machinery, use tools, and measuring devices
* Possession of a valid driver's license – Ability to drive manual is essential
* Proficiency in computer software and good literacy and numeracy skills
* Well-presented appearance
* Strong work ethic and pride in workmanship
* Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and solve problems
