The Opportunity
We're seeking motivated, customer-focused Sales Specialists to join our Mornington team. If you have proven experience selling tiles, bathroomware or hard flooring, this is your chance to step into a role where your expertise genuinely matters.
You'll be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships and contributing to the success of a fast-growing showroom.
What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver exceptional customer service from initial enquiry to sale completion
* Understand customer needs and confidently recommend the right products
* Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
* Build strong relationships with retail customers and trade clients
* Maintain strong product knowledge across tiles, bathroomware and flooring
* Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
* Keep the showroom visually inspiring and sales-ready
* Process sales accurately and efficiently
* Participate in ongoing product and sales training

* Consistently achieving monthly sales targets
* High levels of customer satisfaction and positive feedback
* Strong conversion rates and increased average transaction values
* Ongoing development of product knowledge and expertise
* Compliance with store policies and procedures
* Active contribution to team and store performance
What's On Offer
* Full-time role: Monday to Saturday (5 days per week)
o Weekdays: 8:00am – 5:00pm
o Saturdays: 9:00am – 4:00pm
