You will guide your team in developing play-based learning programs that reflect each child's interests and strengths.Key Responsibilities:Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all timesCreate, develop and implement high quality and engaging educational programsFacilitate play-based learning environments that are responsive to children's interest, strengths, and abilitiesObserving and documenting children's progress and developmentFostering positive relationships with children, families and the communityDevelop and participate in a variety of community projects and initiativesBe part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environmentAbout you:You are a warm, enthusiastic, and experienced Early Childhood Teacher who is committed to creating inspiring, age-appropriate learning experiences.
