My Supports is an organisation led by people with firsthand experience in disability. As a Disability Support Worker, you'll join a vibrant local Neighbourhood Team with a close-knit group of fellow support workers, all led by an experienced Team Leader.
Our Team Leaders offer day-to-day support and guidance, collaborating with you to understand our clients' needs. This approach helps us deliver person-centred, community-inclusive supports.
We are seeking Support Workers in the Busselton area to support clients with social and community interests with a willingness to assist with light cleaning duties.
Overview

* Higher than award rates – Casual hourly rate between $36.48 – $38.99, depending on shift length. We also pay a higher sleepover shift allowance.
