Role Overview A National Sales and Client Development Manager is needed to drive growth and strengthen client relationships. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead initiatives to expand market presence, deliver tailored solutions, and play a key role in the company's strategic growth. Key Responsibilities Lead revenue growth initiatives and expand market share through strategic planning. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, becoming their trusted advisor. Identify and secure new business through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach. Deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations that showcase value. Negotiate contracts and agreements with confidence and integrity. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions meet client needs. Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities. About You You are a natural relationship builder who thrives on driving results and delivering tailored solutions. You enjoy understanding client challenges and turning them into opportunities. Commercially savvy, you combine strategic thinking with practical execution and can confidently present complex ideas in a way that resonates. Curious about market trends, you stay ahead of the competition and are motivated by both growth targets and client success. You're self-driven, organised, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a busy, client-focused environment. You will be able to demonstrate your experience with Blue Chip companies, bringing on new business, account management and driving new product.
