Key Responsibilities

Product Knowledge: Gain an in-depth understanding of our glass products and services.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to effectively address client inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Utilize market research and data to identify opportunities and tailor your approach to meet client needs.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to clients.
Ensure that all documentation is accurate and aligned with client specifications and company standards.
Customer Service: Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service throughout the sales process and beyond.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Glass Market Australia team, to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience required.
Strong understanding of glass products and applications is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
