About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to manage our store room function. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy of records and stock integrity, as well as maintaining an efficient flow of merchandise from the store room to the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

* Unpack, label, and organize merchandise in an efficient and orderly manner

* Receive and process incoming deliveries, ensuring accuracy of items and quantities

* Commit to a safety-first culture, both for staff and customers by ensuring all OH&S standards are upheld
", "", "
* Use of Inwards/Outwards Goods Register for all inbound/outbound stock movement
", "", "
* Provide friendly customer service, and support customers with pickups of their purchased items
", "", "

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
", "
", "", "
* A great deal of retail store room experience (2-3 years)
", "", "
* Customer service orientation and work experience is highly desirable
", "", "
* Variety of use of machinery such as Pallet Jack, Walkie Stacker, WAVe, trolley
", "", "
* Ability to work unsupervised
", "", "
* Proficiency in using inventory management software and point-of-sale systems
", "", "
* Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
", "", "
* Physical ability to stand for long periods, squat, bend, and lift up to 15kg
", "", "
