What you'll be doing:
* Managing sales administration, quotes, and customer communication with speed and accuracy.
* Coordinating schedules, drivers and plant - you’ll know how to get things where they need to go, fast.
* Supporting the sales team so they can focus on selling, while you keep everything running behind the scenes.
What we’re looking for:
* You know Sydney roads, logistics, and scheduling challenges don’t faze you.
* You’ve worked in a busy environment and you love it.
* You’re proactive, organised, and have a sense of urgency that keeps things ticking.
* Prior experience in sales coordination, scheduling, or operations is highly valued.
