About the role
The Project Manager is a key member of the People and Culture team, responsible for leading the Electronic Rostering project in Optima across Barwon Health. This is a multi-phase project with critical deadlines, requiring collaboration with multiple business stakeholders, SWARH technical teams, and the vendor. The Project Manager will ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and that the intended benefits are realised. In addition, the role manages the One Point Project, replacing the current intranet (SharePoint 2013) with SharePoint Online to deliver a modern, mobile platform that enhances staff engagement and awareness of organisational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
4. Lead the Electronic Rostering project, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and realisation of benefits
5. Manage the One Point Project to deliver a mobile, contemporary intranet platform
6. Facilitate collaboration with SWARH technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
7. Identify, manage, and escalate project risks and issues to keep projects on track
What We're Looking For
8. Proven experience managing complex, multi-phase projects in technology or digital environments
9. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence across teams
10. Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and achieving intended outcomes
11. Experience with SharePoint Online and/or electronic rostering systems is highly desirable
12. Project management qualifications or relevant experience preferred
