The Role
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Administration Assistant / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and to provide essential support to our accounting team and Administration Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls, greet clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanour
* Manage daily mail
* Monitor office email and calendar
* Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
* Liaise with ATO and other government bodies
* Lodgement of tax returns
* Assist in preparing client correspondence and documentation
* Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy
* Manage debtors
* Support the accounting team and Administration Manager with various administrative tasks
* This is a full-time role Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.

You are a proactive and dependable individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. Your attention to detail and willingness to learn enable you to adapt quickly and contribute effectively to the team.
Requirements
* Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role is valued, but not essential - the right attitude and a willingness to learn are most important
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational abilities and high attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* A positive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning
