We're now looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Permanent Modular Construction (PMC) team in Rocklea.
This is not a polished, corporate sales role. We're looking for someone who's been on the tools, stepped into supervision or estimating, and now wants to move into a front-end, client-facing role - someone who understands how buildings actually go together and can talk through methodology, scope and delivery with confidence.

What You'll Be Doing
* Build relationships with builders, contractors, government and private clients
* Identify and win new work across residential, commercial, industrial and resource sectors
* Review plans, understand scope and talk through build methodology with clients
* Prepare tenders, pricing and proposals with support from internal teams
* Lead conversations around delivery, timelines and constructability
* Work closely with design, manufacturing and project teams
* Attend site visits, client meetings and industry events
* Drive opportunities from first conversation through to contract award
What You'll Bring
* Background in construction (Tier 3–4 builder, civil, trade or similar)
* Experience on the tools, site supervision, estimating or project coordination
* Strong understanding of how buildings are constructed and deliveredAbility to read drawings and discuss scope, methodology and sequencing
* Commercial mindset with an interest in moving into sales / business development
* Confident communicator who can build trust with clients and stakeholders
* Practical, no-nonsense approach - you know how sites actually run
This role is ideal for someone who:

* Can talk through a job from groundworks through to handover
