Role Opportunity:
Senior/Lead Structural Engineer opportunity. This person will be versatile and duties will be all round from leading technical civil/ structural engineering deliverables, scoping work, talking to clients and leading a small team (approx 4). Projects will be mining process plants i.e the gold, nickel and copper.

Qualifications & Skills
1. Formal Civil/Structural Engineering qualifications that are recognised by Engineers Australia
2. CPEng accreditation highly regarded
3. Strong mining & materials handling project experience
4. SpaceGass required. Strand 7 experience beneficial.
5. Demonstrated experience in a design focused or EPC role;
6. Strong commercial acumen
7. Experience with mining plant structures design - concrete and steel
8. Strong stakeholder management skills
9. Previous experience leading small teams or have management aspirations
10. Strong understanding of industry guidelines
11. Excellent communication and reporting skills
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Lead structural engineering design and analysis for minerals processing facilities.
2. Ensure compliance with Australian standards, codes, and industry best practices.
3. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers.
4. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including mechanical, civil, and project engineers.
5. Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination of structural engineering deliverables.
6. Engage with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies as required.
