Nutricia (owned by Danone) is currently looking for a Key Account Manager based in Brisbane to join our talented Healthcare Nutrition team. You will manage multiple key accounts throughout the **QLD North territory (Brisbane North, Sunshine Coast plus some regional areas)**, providing support and ensuring customer satisfaction, whilst working towards set goals and business objectives to drive growth.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Manage key accounts with our end customers including **QLD Health, private hospitals, aged care facilities, community dietitians, and wholesalers**, optimizing Danone's performance
- Collaborate with a range of customers including joint business planning and contract reviews
- Use your scientific knowledge to educate customers on Nutricia's portfolio of products
- Develop an annual business plan for your territory based on business and customer objectives, regularly reviewing the progress to identify opportunities throughout the year
- Collaborate with the wider field-based team as well as other internal functions to deliver the Healthcare Nutrition strategy to your customers
About you
To be successful in this role you will be able to combine your technical knowledge and your networking skills to create meaningful connections. You will be self-driven with the ability to manage your time effectively as well as prioritise an ever-changing workload. You will use your commercial acumen to identify opportunities as well as problem solve.
Ideally you will have:
- Tertiary Qualification in Dietetics/Nutrition/Science or Registered Healthcare Professional
- Experience working in sales is desirable but not necessary
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with ease
- A natural commercial acumen
- Good negotiation and networking skills
- Resilient with the ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively
