Job Title: Full Time Warehouse Manager
Location: Osborne Park, The Bathroom Outlet

Job Summary:
The Bathroom Outlet is looking for an experienced and physically fit Full Time Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy warehouse. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing all warehouse functions, including order picking, packing, stock arrangement, and ensuring smooth daily transfers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), experience with cutting and mounting stone tops, and the leadership qualities necessary to manage a warehouse team. You will also be tasked with coordinating with our sales team to ensure the company’s targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations: Oversee all day-to-day operations in the warehouse, ensuring efficient processes, from receiving stock to dispatching orders.

WMS Expertise: Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory, track stock levels, process orders, and handle stock transfers.

Pick and Pack: Supervise the picking and packing of orders, ensuring accuracy, speed, and quality. Ensure orders are dispatched on time.

Stock Arrangement and Transfers: Organize the warehouse layout, ensuring stock is properly arranged and easy to access. Manage the daily transfer of stock between locations as needed.

Stone Processing: Supervise the cutting and mounting of stone tops to ensure the highest standards of quality and precision.

Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse staff. Ensure that all team members are trained, productive, and meeting performance expectations. Address any staffing issues or performance gaps.

Sales Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all orders are fulfilled according to demand and to meet sales targets.

Health & Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and company policies. Conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with regulations.

Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot any operational issues, such as stock discrepancies, order delays, or equipment malfunctions, and find effective solutions.

Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse efficiency, team performance, and order fulfillment. Implement improvements where necessary.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Previous warehouse management experience, ideally in retail or wholesale settings, with a focus on handling bathroom products or similar goods.

Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit to manage manual tasks, including lifting, moving stock, and performing warehouse activities.

WMS Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to manage inventory, track orders, and optimize warehouse operations.

Leadership Skills: Strong, tough personality with proven leadership skills. Capable of managing a team, ensuring accountability, and fostering a positive work environment.

Stone Handling Experience: Experience in cutting and mounting stone tops, or the ability to quickly learn these processes.

Organization and Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory, orders, and warehouse flow.

Team Collaboration: Ability to coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment and to meet company sales targets.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues quickly and maintain operational flow.

Safety Awareness: In-depth knowledge of warehouse safety practices and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Industry Experience: Experience working in the bathroom, construction, or related retail industry.

Safety Training: Familiarity with OSHA standards or other warehouse safety certifications.
