Required Skills and Experience:
* Microsoft CRM Solution Design (Required)
* MS Dynamics AX2009 both technical\Functional aspects (Required)
* Candidate should have expert level knowledge in MS Dynamics AX2009 both technical\Functional aspects.
* As part of this team, candidate should be able to understand and assist users issues as this is a heavily used legacy application.
* Business continuity of this application is of a very high priority.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Below are the some of the technical aspects the candidate should possess to support the above.
* Morphex Reporting, AIF configuration, Batch Job creation, X++ coding\Troubleshooting, AX Debugging tool, Data Refresh, Business connector configuration.
Operations & Service Management
* Manage incidents, service requests, and changes through ServiceNow.
* Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution of production issues.
* Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective actions.
* Create and maintain operational documentation, including SMTDs, knowledge base articles, run sheets, and technical reference documents.
* Review and optimize the environment and process periodically.
