Property Valuer Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Valuer to join our team in Canberra, ACT, and/or South East Coast.
About the Role:
As a Property Valuer, you will be responsible for conducting residential and commercial valuations, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, maintaining accurate records, and pursuing ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct property valuations for residential and commercial properties
* BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND COLLEAGUES THROUGH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
* Maintain accurate records and meet deadlines
* Pursue ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations

Requirements:
* Relevant tertiary qualification, CPV or RPV Qualified and API Membership
* Exceptional communication skills with clients and colleagues
* Organised, efficient, and detail-oriented
* A valid driver’s licence and access to a fully roadworthy, insured vehicle
