About the role
* The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing quality programs that cater to the needs of children in their care.
* They will manage the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
* Key responsibilities include coordinating staffing and rostering, ensuring staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
* The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with families, educators, and other stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching (minimum Diploma of Children's Services)
* Sound experience in assisting with programming and a passion for providing quality childcare
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A valid First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
* A current Blue Card, or willingness to obtain
