Our Perth Office is looking for a Full-Time Accounts Receivable and Payable Officer to join our team.
About the role
* You will provide data entry of invoices into the Business Central
* Ensure accurate collating and coding of invoices
* Prepare and seek approval of weekly payment runs
* Code, reconcile, entry and payment of company credit cards; and
* Create and issue sales invoices to franchisees
About you
* 3 years' experience in a similar role
* Demonstrated knowledge in Accounts Payable
* Experience in general accounting procedures
* Advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; and
* Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
