Key Responsibilities Represent clients in criminal/traffic cases, providing comprehensive legal advice and support.
Prepare and file legal documents.
Conduct legal research and analysis to stay informed about relevant laws and legal precedents.
Liaise with clients, witnesses, and law enforcement to gather necessary information.
Develop and execute case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Stay updated on trends and changes within criminal law and advocate for clients' rights accordingly.
Qualifications Law degree.
Admitted to practice law in NSW or Qld.
Experience in criminal law or a related field.
Strong understanding of criminal law legislation and court procedures.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
