An Northern SA hospital requires a Specialist in Paediatrics from 29/07/2026 to 31/08/2026.

Schedule: 1700 Friday – 0800 Monday. The role includes 24/7 on‐call responsibilities as a locum covering all shifts. Registrar support available Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient care for paediatric patients as the sole paediatrician on site.
• Perform ward rounds for admitted patients.
• Conduct outpatient clinic reviews (non‐complex patient reviews).
• Handle on‐call duties 24/7.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to patient care.

Compensation: Consultant pay rates are $2,500 per day (Mon–Thu) + $3,000 per day (Fri–Sun). Pro‐rata will apply to full shifts not worked.
