Step into a Role That Makes an ImpactWe're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Service Coordinator or Service Planning Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Blacktown.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our Operations Manager and lead our national service planning department driving efficiency, innovation, and team development.Whether you're already in a leadership role or ready to take that next step, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Service Coordination Expertise: A solid grasp of planning and customer service operations.
Leadership Skills: Experience managing planning or scheduling teams is highly valued.
Clear Communication: Strong organisational, verbal, and written communication abilities.
Tech-Savviness: Comfortable learning new systems and processes; SAP experience is a plus.
Software Proficiency: Confident using Word, Excel, and other planning tools.
Qualifications
Experience as a Service Coordinator or leading planning/scheduling teams or in a similar leadership role.
Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to drive efficiency and team development.
Familiarity with SAP or other planning systems; proficient in Word, Excel, and related tools.
