The Chief Operations Officer will work closely with the Board to develop and implement strategic plans for our organisation. This includes overseeing all aspects of operations, including finance, HR, service delivery and stakeholder engagement.
This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our organisation, while also building capacity within our team to achieve long-term sustainability.
We are looking for someone who can lead by example, inspire their team and deliver results through effective collaboration with stakeholders across the sector.
