Our customers include DIYers, tradies, and homeowners – and we guide them every step of the way.
Your Role:
We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to drive sales, marketing, and customer engagement. This is a remote role with flexible hours (35–50 hours per week), plus occasional on-call support. High performers have the opportunity for future profit-share participation as the business grows.
Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
* Provide product advice and quotations
* Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
* Proactively contact tradespeople to introduce and promote the platform, highlighting its benefits and assist them through the sign-up process
* Pay supplier invoices and ensure timely processing
* Collaborate with our suppliers, logistics, and support teams
* Deliver a high standard of customer service and support
* Support other internal teams with ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
* Own ABN (Australian Business Number) or Tax File Number Options
* Fluent, professional English skills - both spoken and written
* High attention to detail and organisational skills
* Proven reliability and ability to work independently
* Strong sales and customer service experience (renovation or hardware sector a plus)
* Comfortable with technology and online platforms
* Able to work remotely in a quiet and professional environment
