Job Summary
This is a quality coordination position where you will work under the Quality Manager to support overall quality objectives, requirements, risks, and issues that may impact successful project delivery.
Key responsibilities include developing and recommending inspection and sampling techniques, quality control plans, process control procedures, testing and analysis procedures, documenting quality issues and performance measures for management review, performing audits and surveillance of project activities to ensure quality meets requirements, administering systems for monitoring and documenting quality issues and actions, validating work lot records for conformance and completeness, monitoring and communicating quality standards on the project, and providing technical advice and assistance for quality-related activities.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, quality assurance, or project management, experience in quality assurance preferably in construction on major infrastructure projects, experience reviewing and compiling documentation, and experience with quality management systems, planning techniques, and tools.
