Key Responsibilities:
* Connect with employers to source meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities
* Provide ongoing support, education, and resources for our customers
* Implement effective strategies to engage with employers and build sustainable relationships
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* High interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
* Experience in Disability, Health, or Employment sectors is preferred
* Ability to overcome objections and break down employment barriers for people with disabilities
* Awareness of vulnerabilities related to employment and the effects of unemployment
* Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
