The Role
We're looking for a high-energy, commercially focused District Sales Manager to lead, coach, and elevate a team of Outside Sales Representatives. This role carries full accountability for revenue growth, margin performance, market penetration, and customer retention across the business unit.
What You'll Be Responsible For
* Developing and executing district sales strategy aligned to company growth plans
* Delivering revenue, margin, and profitability targets
* Leading major bids, tenders, and key account initiatives
* Driving disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and pricing integrity
* Coaching and developing a high-performing, accountable sales team
* Strengthening relationships with key contractors and industry stakeholders
* Partnering with Operations to ensure service excellence and fleet alignment
* Championing a strong safety culture across the district
What We're Looking For
* 5–8+ years' experience in equipment hire, construction services, or industrial sales
* Proven leadership of a field-based sales team
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving revenue and margin targets
* Experience with CRM systems and structured sales processes
* Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
* Confident negotiator and relationship builder
