About The Opportunity
As a Trainee Sales Customer Service Consultant, you will be the welcoming face of our dealership, supporting customers with vehicle enquiries, providing product information, and helping deliver exceptional showroom experiences. You will stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and dealership promotions to communicate clearly and confidently with customers.
* Build a strong understanding of our products and key competitors.
* Carry out customer follow‐up and maintain accurate databases.
* Understand customer needs and provide options and solutions.
* Welcome customers into the dealership and support their enquiries.
* Uphold dealership standards and brand presentation.
About You
* A passion for exceptional customer service.
* A positive, can‐do attitude and strong work ethic.
* Experience in customer service or a similar role (preferred but not essential).
* Ability to learn and navigate new systems.
* Confident communication skills.
* Availability to work Saturdays.
* Current driver licence.
* Collaborative, team‐first mindset.
