RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Prepare and assist takeoffs and cost estimates
* Collect BOQ's and prepare cost analysis for project
* Prepare and submit tenders
* Liaise with all relevant stakeholders and negotiate with subcontractors
* Attend and prepare tender meetings
* Develop budgets and monitor project costs
EXPERIENCE:
* 5+ Years estimating experience
* Fitout experience ideal
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficient in Cubit and Bluebeam preferred
* Unlimited Australian working rights
