They are looking for an experienced and strong **Manager in Training** who can empower and develop the team to achieve their full potential, whilst being accountable for the store sales and profits. You will need to be an excellent leader who can motivate and inspire - passionate about investing time in training, coaching and mentoring.
You will also need to be customer-centric, delivering an exceptional standard of customer service. Product knowledge and enthusiasm for the brand and Industry is key to this role - you will need to impart your knowledge to the team and be a brand ambassador. Excellent stock logistics and implementation of policy and procedure are also integral to this role.

**To be successful you will need**:
- Minimum of 2 years in Management
