Role Responsibilities:

You will play a pivotal role in delivering essential services in the Mildura region. As a qualified Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing focused home-based services for older clientele (65+) with a variety of health conditions, accessing services through their Home Care Package (HCP).

You will work autonomously, managing your own caseload, primarily in Mildura, with occasional outreach to Swan Hill, but will have access to regular one-to-one clinical supervision and support from the Clinical Lead of Occupational Therapy.

We also provide generous financial support for professional development, enabling you to expand your skills and knowledge in your chosen areas of interest.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy

• Current registration with AHPRA

• Experience working in the Community Aged Care sector with clients receiving services through their Home Care Package

• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical practice working with a variety of health conditions in 65+ year old clientele

• The ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload independently

• Have full Australian working rights and are able to pass a national police clearance

• Have a valid driver's license and access to a car
