Aged Care Training Professional - Western Australia
About the Role:
In this role, you will plan and deliver training programs to support the professional development and compliance of aged care staff. You will work closely with clinical education leads and leadership teams across multiple homes to ensure all training requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and facilitate site-based training sessions and induction programmes
* Maintain accurate records within a Learning Management System and prepare compliance reports
* Support manual handling and other mandatory training
* Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver engaging, high-quality education
Requirements:
* A registered nurse with a minimum of three years' experience in residential aged care and/or acute care
* A genuine interest in education and professional development, with proven ability to deliver engaging training programmes to staff
* Excellent communication, leadership and time management skills
* An ability to manage multiple projects and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
* A commitment to quality care and continuous improvement
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification
