About the Position
The Customer Service Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective operation of our organization's Training function. This position serves as the central point for administrative coordination, particularly for training records and logistics, while also providing essential support to our service delivery teams.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email or live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
* Provide accurate up-to-date information about our services and assist customers in resolving issues.
* Coordinate administrative duties to enhance processes and maximize efficiencies across multi-disciplinary teams.
* Document all customer interactions and generate reports on customer service metrics, providing insights and trends to management.
* Support Corporate Governance in internal auditing of documentation, reporting to Audit & Risk management.
* Manage the coordination of service-related activities to our buildings and facilities, including maintenance requirements and security.
* Provide critical operational support by managing inventory levels and overseeing the accurate and efficient order-to-delivery cycle for necessary equipment and supplies.
* Support the administration of the Learning Management System as required.
