Provide support to the business in a wide range of sales duties, including support to our customers and sales team, collaborating with other departments such as finance, aftersales, purchasing and warehouse to deliver exceptional customer service.Major ResponsibilitiesInternal salesOwn and control CRM system – SalesforceProvide administrative support to sales teamCheck deliveries to ensure that all information matches recordsPrepare and complete order paperwork according to scheduleStock allocationDespatchingInvoicingLiaise with clients on ordersMaintain and update Sales Order Progress – Daily/Weekly/MonthlyProduce weekly stock on hand report for customer distributionProvide tracking details for customer deliveriesAny other duty required to assist with the administration of the businessRole RequirementsExcellent administration and computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, OracleExcellent communication skillsOrganised and able to handle multiple tasksEstablish excellent working relationships with internal & external stakeholders
