One of Australia's most distinguished **Federal Government Departments** is looking to engage a skilled and experienced **Service Design Analyst **to join their multidisciplinary team based in **Canberra**. Our client is looking to engage a **Service Design Analyst **who can contribute to the modernisation of the departments business capabilities and outcomes. The successful **Service Design Analyst **will secure a **12-month contract **with **2x 12-month** extensions with a **rewarding pay rate.**
The successful **Service Design Analyst **will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Designing new or changed service solutions.
- Ensuring new or upgraded services, systems and infrastructure receive a comprehensive service Design incorporating processes, support structure, reporting and service capabilities.
- Updating and configuring Service management systems and tools.
The successful **Service Design Analyst **will have experience in the following:
- A minimum of two years' experience in Service Architecture or Service Design with exposure to technology architectures and management systems.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Experience with one or more IT Service Management tools / backend IT systems.
