* Top Tier client – Leading group looking for an Associate to work on a range of cross-border and domestic M&A transactions in the Financial Service and Fintech space.
* Mid Tier client – Expanding Melbourne Corporate team looking for a Corporate Commercial Lawyer with 3-5+ years PQE advising across all aspects of Corporate Commercial work for HNW clients
* In-house legal procurement and operational advisory role for a mid-level lawyer looking to move in-house. Large-scale contracts. Services contract exposure and top-tier training helpful. Up to 200K plus bonus. South Eastern Suburbs.
