This position involves achieving sales objectives and operational efficiency through effective management of daily counter activities in close collaboration with brand representatives and retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing weekly qualitative and quantitative feedback on sales performance to senior management
* Supporting the development of seasonal sales plans and engaging brand staff to drive sales growth
* Ensuring the successful execution of promotional programs and events at store level, monitoring sales results, and suggesting areas for improvement
* Preparation of monthly reports on sell-through figures, passenger trends, and brand promotions
* Supervising and executing daily counter duties, including housekeeping, merchandising, stock availability, and visual merchandising materials
* Offering feedback and guidance to senior management on promoter and brand staff performance (product and service training, grooming standards, and counter operations)
* Reviewing and adjusting inventory levels to meet sales demands and presentation standards
* Monitoring out-of-stock items and slow-moving products, reporting to the Retail Store team, and following up with senior management
* Regularly inspecting non-saleable inventory (gifts, testers, gifting materials, samples, etc.) and providing feedback and recommendations for action
* Ensuring that each brand's visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines and maximizes sales potential (including planograms, visual merchandise units, launch focus, ticketing, testers, transparencies, and videos, gift displays)
* Collaborating with the counter team on all promotional events and setups as needed
