**About the Role**
They are currently seeking a professional Customer Support Officer with call centre or bookings & reservations experience to join their growing team in Parramatta + Work from home opportunity. This an estimated 6month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend. This position will work mostly across a rotational roster between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, with some weekend work required on occasion between 9:30am-5:30pm.
In this rewarding role, you will be undertaking the following duties
- Deliver professional customer service
- Respond to customer enquiries in a high-volume call centre environment
- Facilitate the resolution of customer complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
- Schedule and coordinate bookings of accommodation, camping and tours
- Capture, process and lodge customer information into the database
- Complete financial administration duties including processing transactions
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Adhere to Contact Centre daily and monthly KPI's
**About You**
To be successful in this great assignment you will have the following
- Demonstrated Call Centre, Tourism & Travel, Hospitality, Hire Car Rentals industry experience
- Experience in Salesforce or similar booking management systems
- Professional, Resilient and confident with a customer service delivery focus
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Solid analytical, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Flexible to work Monday to Friday with the occasional weekends
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
