With a rapidly growing presence in Australia, we're now seeking a dedicated Business Development & Account Manager who is looking to take the next step in their career, to help us strengthen relationships with business brokers, franchisors, and business owners, and ensure our partners in the region get exceptional value from our platform.

About the Role

In this remote role, you'll be responsible for servicing and growing our business seller (brokers and owners) and franchisor client base in Australia. You'll help us take that business unit to the next level by managing key accounts, onboarding new partners, and driving performance for existing users.

While you don't need to be based in Australia, you must be able to work typical Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT) to ensure timely support and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Growth

* Serve as the main contact for Australian business brokers, Private Sellers and franchisors.
* Proactively manage and grow existing relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
* Help clients maximise platform usage and optimise their advertising for better performance.
* Identify opportunities for upselling premium products or services.

Onboarding & Success Enablement

* Onboard new broker, private seller and franchisor clients, ensuring a smooth experience from day one.
* Provide tailored training and guidance to improve outcomes and platform engagement.
* Act as a trusted advisor to help clients meet their sales and marketing objectives.

Market Outreach & Development

* Identify and approach new brokers and franchise networks who would benefit from using
* Build relationships via email, phone, and virtual meetings, and support targeted outreach campaigns.
* Represent the company (virtually or in person) at industry events, expos, and webinars when relevant.

Insights & Collaboration

* Gather and share feedback from Australian users to inform product and service improvements.
* Monitor local market trends and report competitive insights.
* Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations to advocate for regional needs.

What We're Looking For

* Experience in business development, sales, or client success, preferably in M&A, marketplaces, franchising, or related industries.
* Ability to build strong relationships with business brokers and franchisors.
* A proactive and autonomous work style — especially important given the time zone.
* Comfortable working remotely and independently, with solid time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and digital platforms.
* Must be able to work Australian business hours (approx. 9am–5pm AEST/AEDT).

Bonus Points For

* Previous experience with business brokers, franchisors or M&A
* Understanding of the Australian business sales or franchising market.
* Experience in SaaS or online platform environments or classified marketplaces.
